Norbert Csizmadia is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Pallas Athéné Domus Meriti Foundation and a Board Member of Kecskemét Dual Education Plc.

He is a certified geographer, who served as a chief coordinator in 2010 for the strategic development of the New Széchenyi Plan. His prior experience includes work in urban development, regional policy (as a member of the European Commission's Team Europe), spatial planning, and regional development. From 2010 to 2013, he held various roles at the Ministry for National Economy. He led the Strategic Workshop of the Ministerial Cabinet from 2010 to 2011, then became Deputy State Secretary for Economic Planning in September 2011, and subsequently State Secretary for Planning Coordination between January 2012 and March 2013. From 2013 to 2016, he was the managing director responsible for economic strategy and planning at the Hungarian National Bank.

He completed his university studies at the University of Szeged, earning a geographer's degree with specializations in regional and urban development. He later obtained a university degree as a tourism development geographer from the University of Pécs. Currently, he is a final-year doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Earth Sciences at the University of Pécs. Since 2016, he has been the editor-in-chief of Hungarian Geopolitics (HUG), a professional geopolitical publication.

His book, "Geopillanat - a 21 század megismerésének térképe" (Geo-Moment - The Map for Understanding the 21st Century), was published in Hungarian in 2016, followed by its English versions in 2019 and 2020, titled "Geofusion – The Power of Geography and Mapping of the 21st Century." He serves as co-chairman of the Geopolitics Section of the Hungarian Geographical Society. In September 2019, the General Assembly of the Hungarian Geographical Society presented him with the Pro Geographia certificate. This award recognized his professional efforts in promoting geopolitical knowledge, supporting geography education, enhancing the perception of geography, and contributing to the work of the Hungarian Geographical Society. He is also a member of the "Belt and Road and Global Governance International Advisory Board," established in the autumn of 2018 at Shanghai's Fudan University, one of China's leading academic institutions. Additionally, he is a master lecturer at the GEO Institute of Corvinus University of Budapest.
