Directorate of Academic Affairs is responsible for keeping up-to-date the records required by the Higher Education Act and related government regulations, managing the educational and administrative matters defined by the Student Requirements System, and providing students with information to solve their problems related to their studies. The Directorate of Academic Affairs is an autonomous department responsible for the implementation of the University's educational management tasks and the coordination of educational management tasks at faculty level.

Its main activity is the administration of the studies of students in undergraduate, postgraduate and higher vocational education. This includes managing the personal data of applicants for admission, students and graduates, recording their admission and academic results, preparing certificates issued by the University, providing data to the University and other bodies authorised by law, assisting in the administration of student benefits and reimbursements, and educational and monitoring activities related to the administration of the University's studies, in accordance with the relevant regulations, rules and instructions.
