Conference Application Forms for Teaching Staff
Applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the planned mobility period.
Teaching mobility may include active participation in conferences, provided that the staff member makes an active contribution to the professional content or organisation of the conference, for example by giving a presentation or conducting a workshop as part of the conference programme.
Passive participation in conferences as an attendee only is not eligible for funding.
In the case of conference participation, the planned activity must also be specified in the Mobility Agreement, and the staff member must confirm in the mobility report that the planned activities have been completed.
Financial support is available only for mobilities carried out with physical presence.
