In recent years, John von Neumann University has offered several courses on national defense topics at the request of the Hungarian Armed Forces, including “Fundamentals of National Defense” and the “National Defense in Higher Education I” and “II” courses.
There has been significant interest in these courses on every occasion, with at least 100 students typically enrolling in each course.
In recognition of the success of this collaboration, the university’s rector received a certificate of appreciation, which was presented by Lieutenant Colonel Csaba Dikácz.
The national defense-themed courses will continue both now and in the future, further strengthening the collaboration between the university and the Hungarian Defense Forces, as well as expanding students’ knowledge of national defense.
