Dear Students, We warmly invite you to our International Picnic, where we can spend a fun and relaxed evening together, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and dance to great music!

Date: 30 September 2026 (Wednesday)
Venue: Campus Buffet Area
Start: 6:00 PM

Programme

6:00 PM – International Picnic starts

7:00–9:00 PM – Dinner 🍽️

9:00 PM – Live performance by the University Band 🎶

Afterwards – DJ until 1:00 AM 🎧

Every registered participant will receive 1 food ticket and 3 drink tickets.

Registered students can collect their tickets at the International Office:

• 28 September 2026 (Monday): 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 29 September 2026 (Tuesday): 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
