Neumann Student Wins "Information Security Thesis of the Year 2025" Award!
The Hétpecsét Information Security Association once again hosted its prestigious "Information Security Thesis of the Year" competition for the 2025 cycle.
We are delighted to announce that the thesis by our own engineering information technology student, Zsolt Zoltán Somogyi, was entered and secured first place in the BSc Category of the “Information Security Thesis of the Year 2025.”
Mr. Somogyi's winning thesis is titled: Detection of Cyber Threats through Network Traffic Analysis. The work was expertly supervised by Dr. László Göcs.
A huge congratulations to Zsolt Zoltán Somogyi on this outstanding achievement! Keep up the great work!
