Boosting technical skills
The Department of Informatics at JvNU extends its heartfelt thanks to Flexman Robotics Ltd. for the generous donation of five Yaskawa frequency converters and their corresponding multiprotocol cards. This invaluable contribution is a major step forward, as it will equip our students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest industrial automation technologies.
The new equipment directly supports the department’s mission to provide practical, relevant education that prepares students for the modern workforce. The frequency converters are a cornerstone of many industrial applications, and students will now be able to work with them firsthand in our labs.
The equipment was officially handed over to Dr. László Göcs, Head of the Department, by Dániel Ipolyi, Business Unit Manager at Flexman Robotics. This collaboration highlights the strong partnership between academia and the industry, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
