JvNU Welcomes 200+ Businesses

In 2025, John von Neumann University hosted the 2nd CEDucation Conference, which was attended by more than 200 small and medium-sized Hungarian enterprises from both within the country and across its borders.

The attendees were welcomed with a carefully curated program and professional presentations that offered real, practical solutions to the everyday challenges of businesses. Successful business leaders and proven experts in their fields shared their experiences, providing tangible knowledge, inspiring stories, and useful practical insights to the participants.

The conference was opened with welcome speeches by László Csík, Managing Director of CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd.; Dr. habil. Tamás Fülöp, Rector of John von Neumann University; and Attila Kiss, Managing Director of John von Neumann University's Technology and Knowledge Transfer Ltd.

Throughout the day, participants heard several outstanding presentations:

  • Csaba Azurák, a communication and media expert, gave an inspiring talk titled Building Trust and Relationships, or Oscar-winning Tips for Success.
  • Lóránt Szabó, head of the JvNU Artificial Intelligence Knowledge Center, presented the practical applications of AI in his talk, Artificial Intelligence in Industry.
  • Andrea Princz, a trainer, consultant, and psychologist, spoke about the role of leaders in shaping mental well-being in her presentation, A Mentally Strong Team: The Leader's Role in Shaping Mental Well-being.

This was followed by a panel discussion on Sustainable Development and Innovation, featuring Zoltán Árvai (Head of Communications for the John von Neumann University Foundation), Hajnalka Csabai (sustainability expert, Greenpact Ltd.), Attila Kiss, and Kálmán Dénes Ripka (CEO of 3D Technology Ltd.).

Dr. László Újszászi Bogár, an expert in persuasion and influence techniques, gave a presentation titled How to Convince Your Client in Seconds? where he placed the sales process on a scientific foundation.

The day concluded with an interview between Judit László, an export development consultant, and Olympic champion boxer István "Koko" Kovács, on the topic of Successes and Failures – Individual Motivation.

The success of the event was attributed to the exciting presentations, the informative panel discussion, and the in-person business meetings that took place, all of which provided inspiration and value to the participants.
