John von Neumann University is pleased to announce its 4th International Erasmus Week from 15 April to 19 April 2024. It will be an opportunity for coordinators, academic and administrative staff to increase cooperation among institutions. Our event also includes some cultural components with the possibility to visit some places of interest in Kecskemét. The idea of establishing this event is providing our students international experience at home.
During the International Week, participants will be able to
- learn more about John von Neumann University,
- network with other international guests,
- visit the best places in our beautiful city.
Because the language of all the activities will be English, a minimum B2 level knowledge of the language is recommended.
The scheduled programme for the week is as follows:

18.00 | International Picnic – the students of John von Neumann University are invited to a picnic where they will hear about international mobility opportunities from our international guests, We are very much counting on your appearance. Approximate number is: 250 students. The International Picnic will be held at the University |

10.00 – 12.00 | Erasmus mobility, integration, good practices workshop. Evaluation of the International Erasmus Week – closing session. |

You are invited to represent your institution with flyers and/or other promotional materials. This is an opportunity to promote academic exchanges in general, and your home institution in particular, to local students.

Charges:
There is no participation fee. We expect the delegates to cover travel, accommodation and other expenses through/from the ERASMUS+ funds for staff mobility.
