Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, in addition to financial management, I am responsible for the efficient and lawful oversight of legal, operational, and procurement activities.

My responsibilities are based on my economics qualifications and up-to-date professional knowledge. However, I also strive to apply the perspective gained from my engineering background in my work. Compliance with regulations is a fundamental requirement for the operation of functional and support areas. During process development, rationalization and systemic thinking consistently take priority.

As a leader, I believe it's important to harmonize individual and group interests and to create a motivating work environment. This is an effective tool in daily university life and for achieving strategic goals. As advocates of assertive communication, we are committed to both internal and external collaboration.

I believe that the staff in the organizational units I lead identify with their work, which is characterized by consistent and reliable performance. This ensures we provide high-level support for the University's core activities.
